Your Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will:
- Generate new leads through strategic prospecting and direct outreach
- Educate potential customers on effective extermination solutions tailored to their needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and residual earnings
Who We’re Looking For
We want driven professionals who:
- Have a track record of sales success (pest control or extermination experience is a plus)
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Are self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in a results-oriented environment
- Speak both English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Have experience in technical or field sales (preferred but not required)
Job Requirements
- Must be willing to commute or relocate to Bradenton, FL, and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than two moving violations in the last three years, no DUI/DWI in the last seven years)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
